1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PokerSquad ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PokerSquad is a poker session tracking application that allows users to:

• Track buy-ins and cash-outs for home poker games
• Calculate who owes who at the end of a session
• Maintain statistics and session history
• Create and manage poker groups
• View leaderboards and player performance

Important: PokerSquad is a tracking tool only. No actual card games or gambling occurs within the App.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PokerSquad offers both free and premium (Pro) features:

• Free Tier: Basic tracking features with limited players per group
• Pro Subscription: Unlimited players, advanced statistics, cloud sync, and premium themes

Subscription details:

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($3.99/month) or annually ($19.99/year)
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial of Pro features. After the trial ends, you will be downgraded to the Free tier unless you subscribe to Pro.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to track illegal gambling activities

7. Data Storage

Your poker session data is primarily stored locally on your device. Pro users may opt into cloud sync, which stores data securely on our servers. You can export or delete your data at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PokerSquad and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of calculations (always verify important settlements)
• Compatibility with all devices

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Errors in tracking or calculations
• Loss of data
• Disputes between players regarding settlements

11. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
